Where are you?

I'm not sure I can manage another day at the beach, but I will anyway. I think I'm just a little disheartened by the the fact that hayfever has got the better of me today, though curiously didn't touch me on the beach.

This lifestyle already seems to be paying off. I was up and out of bed at 9am this morning, which may not sound like a big deal, but something that was once a big challenge is no longer a challenge at all.

I drank a litre and a half of water today and swam in the sea. I should be feeling at the peak of my health though as you can imagine, the hayfever has clouded that.

It felt natural today, and nothing seemed a chore. I will persevere with this beach week, but perhaps with shorter spells on the beach, I found 5 hours today a little too much.

I went to St Brelades today. It's a beautiful beach but a bit too touristy. I will opt for somewhere a little more secluded this week.

Milan Kundera is yet to really excite me but I'm optimistic.

Getting there...

Question is; will I see you there?
